Returns & Exchanges:
We only do returns if we made a mistake by shipping the wrong product ordered as per customer order number or if product is faulty. If the customer makes the mistake of ordering the wrong size or color, all costs for shipping and new printing plus any other expenses will be carried out by the customer. 

To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be unused, and we need to receive it first before shipping a new product.
